Background: The Circle of Willis (CoW) is a crucial arterial structure at the base of the brain, instrumental in cerebral circulation. Variations in its anatomy are associated with differences in blood flow dynamics, potentially influencing stroke risk and neurosurgical outcomes. Objective: This study aimed to determine the prevalence and types of anatomical variations of the Circle of Willis and evaluate their implications for stroke risk and neurosurgical planning.
