Abstract

BACKGROUND Today, achieving haemostasis in endoscopic nasal and sinus surgeries remains a significant challenge, even with advanced instrumentation Also patients postoperative satisfaction is low due to the constant irritation of nasal packing done post-surgery. Effective local anaesthesia and nerve blocks can address this issue. This article aims to check the effectiveness of nerve blocks in providing stable hemodynamic during surgery and postoperative pain relief.
