INTRODUCTION: Proximal humeral fractures refers to fractures occurring at or proximal to the surgical neck of the humerus. It is the commonest fracture affecting the shoulder girdle in adults and its incidence is increasing. OBJECTIVE: Our study was aimed to evaluate functional result of proximal humerus fractures managed using PHILOS plate by assessing the range of motion of shoulder along with pain and discomfort in the activities of daily living.
