Background: Managing difficult airway is a daunting task because of the complications that come along with it. Difficulty could be encountered due to limited mouth opening, restricted neck flexion extension, facial trauma or distorted anatomy due to carcinoma or previous surgical scar. Objective: To Compare Glidescope and Fiberoptic bronchoscope guided endotracheal intubation in anticipated difficult airway with respect to-Ease,time, faliure, success and complication of intubation.
