Background: Hysterectomy, a common surgical procedure for benign gynecological conditions, can be performed via different approaches, including Total Abdominal Hysterectomy (TAH) and Total Laparoscopic Hysterectomy (TLH). While TAH remains widely used, TLH offers potential advantages, particularly in terms of recovery and complication rates. This study compares the clinical outcomes and complications of TAH and TLH.
