BACKGROUND Ultrasound guidance has revolutionized regional anaesthesia. Ultrasound facilitate the accurate identification of the inter vertebral level and helps in predicting epidural depth in lumbar epidural in obese individuals. Ultrasonography helps in identification of epidural space and helps in measuring epidural space depth.
