Abstract

Background: Chronic calculus cholecystitis is a persistent inflammation of the gallbladder caused by gallstones, often leading to significant morbidity. Understanding its clinicopathological and lab-based correlations is crucial for improving patient management. Aims: To analyze the clinical, histopathological, and laboratory characteristics of chronic calculus cholecystitis and identify key diagnostic markers.
