Abstract

Introduction: Spinal anesthesia is a widely utilized technique for providing reliable sensory and motor blockade during various surgical procedures. Its popularity stems from the rapid onset, predictable block level, and effective postoperative pain relief it offers compared to general anesthesia. Bupivacaine, a long-acting local anesthetic, is one of the most commonly used agents for spinal anesthesia due to its favorable pharmacokinetic profile, which ensures
