Background: Sleep apnea is increasingly recognized as a critical factor influencing the progression and management of cardiac diseases. This study explores the prevalence of sleep apnea and its ear, nose, and throat (ENT) related manifestations among cardiac patients, providing insights into potential integrative treatment approaches. Methods: In this cross sectional study, 50 cardiac patients undergoing treatment at a tertiary care center were assessed for the presence of sleep apnea and associated ENT manifestations. Data were collected through polysomnography and comprehensive ENT examinations, and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics to establish the prevalence and associations between sleep apnea, ENT symptoms, and cardiac conditions.
