Background Left Ventricular Hypertrophy (LVH) is associated with increased morbidity and mortality, making its early diagnosis crucial. This study evaluates the diagnostic performance of three electrocardiogram (ECG) criteria—Sokolow-Lyon, Cornell, and Romhilt-Estes—against echocardiography, the gold standard for LVH diagnosis.
