Abstract

Aim: The aim of the present study was to evaluate possum score for outcome prediction in patients undergoing emergency midline laparotomy. Material & methods: It was an institution based, observational study conducted in the Department of General Surgery, ‘OPEC Hospital Kaili’ MVAS Medical College, Basti, UP. Study was done on 100 patients undergoing emergency laparotomy in between the duration of 1 year.
