Abstract

Myeloid lineage cells' abnormal proliferation leads to neoplasm of Myeloproliferative cells [1]. Clonal proliferation of hematopoietic stem cells and myeloid cells that have achieved terminal differentiation distinguish this subset of chronic myeloid malignancies [2]. The four classical forms of MPNs are primary myelofibrosis (PMF), essential thrombocythemia (ET), polycythemia Vera (PV), and chronic myeloid leukaemia[1]. Furthermore, unclassified MPN, chronic eosinophilic leukaemia, and chronic neutrophilic leukaemia have been included in the World Health Organization's (WHO)[1] classification system.
