Background and Aims: To evaluate bedside screening tests for detection of difficult airway prior to endotracheal intubation for maxillofacial surgeries. Objectives: 1. To calculate the sensitivity and specificity of the screening tests used to assess the difficult airway. 2. To calculate the positive and negative predictive values of the screening tests used to assess the difficult airway. Methods: This Observational Study enrolled 100 patients of ASA grade I and II, of either sex aged 16 70 undergoing Maxillofacial surgeries under general anaesthesia.
