Background Supraventricular tachycardia (SVT) is a common arrhythmia in neonates and infants, characterized by rapid heart rates originating above the ventricles. Prompt and effective treatment is essential to prevent hemodynamic instability. This study aims to evaluate the efficacy and safety of antiarrhythmic medications in managing SVT in this population.
