Introduction: Infertility, marked by the inability to conceive after a year of unprotected intercourse, is a pressing global issue. This study aims to delve into the causes and presentation patterns of male factor infertility, which constitutes 40% of infertility cases worldwide. Despite its significance, male infertility often receives less attention in research. Understanding its etiology and clinical manifestations is vital for effective management, making this study's focus on male infertility crucial. Materials and Methodology: This retrospective study was conducted at a tertiary care center in India from July 2020 to December 2022. Semen analysis was performed on partners of infertile females attending the gynecological outpatient department. Participants aged 25-40 years with male factor infertility were included. Data were collected through questionnaires and clinical examinations. Statistical analysis was performed using EPI INFO software.
