Abstract

Epilepsy is a chronic neurological disorder that significantly impacts the 
psychological well-being of affected children. Depression and anxiety are common 
comorbidities in pediatric epilepsy but are frequently underdiagnosed and undertreated, 
particularly in low-resource settings.
