.Abstract
Background Pacemaker implantation has revolutionized the management of bradyarrhythmias, significantly improving symptom control, survival rates, and quality of life in patients with conduction disorders. While the clinical benefits of pacemaker therapy are well established, the long-term patient-reported experience, including daily living adjustments, psychological impact, and overall satisfaction, remains an area of active research. Factors such as device functionality, perceived physical limitations, anxiety, and lifestyle modifications influence long-term acceptance and satisfaction with pacemaker therapy. This study evaluates the patient-reported outcomes of individuals living with a pacemaker, focusing on functional improvements, psychological well-being, and quality of life following implantation.
