Abstract

Background: The rise of emerging foodborne pathogens poses a significant public health 
challenge, particularly in developing nations where street food vendors serve a large portion of 
the population. This study aimed to identify high-risk pathogens in frequently consumed street 
foods in Hyderabad, India, focusing on Chinese fast food and Bhelpuri.
