Aim and Objective: This study aimed to evaluate the functional outcomes of hip
hemiarthroplasty using posterior versus lateral surgical approaches, assessing outcomes
immediately post-operatively and at 4 weeks, 8 weeks, 3 months, and 6 months, and to
determine if any statistically significant differences existed between the two approaches.
