Abstract

Acute cholecystitis, characterized by inflammation of the gallbladder due to obstruction, remains 
one of the most common surgical emergencies in clinical practice. The timing of cholecystectomy 
in patients with acute cholecystitis has been a subject of considerable debate. Traditionally,
