Abstract

Background :-Postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV) remain among the most common and distressing complications following general anesthesia. Despite advances in anesthetic techniques and prophylactic antiemetic strategies, PONV continues to affect patient satisfaction, prolong  recovery, and increase healthcare costs.
