Background and Method This prospective observational study aimed to evaluate the role of serum uric acid levels in preeclampsia and eclampsia patients, and to explore their correlation with disease severity, maternal outcomes, and perinatal outcomes. Conducted at N.S.C.B. Medical College and Hospital, Jabalpur, India, between December 1, 2019, and June 30, 2021, the study included 52 antenatal patients diagnosed with preeclampsia and eclampsia. Serum uric acid levels were measured, and a statistical analysis was performed to correlate these levels with various disease parameters and outcomes.
